• Performance Data: Athletic results and scores collected during combine events.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Platform, including pages visited and features used.

• To process combine registrations and payments.
• To communicate event details, confirmations, and updates via email.
• To display athletic results on public results pages and leaderboards.
• To provide personalized performance analysis on your athlete dashboard.
• To improve the Platform and user experience.
• To send important notifications about events you are registered for.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

• Stripe: For payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Resend: For transactional email delivery (registration confirmations, verification emails).
• Event Organizers & Coaches: Your name, age, and registration details are shared with combine organizers to facilitate the event.
• Public Display: Your name, age, and athletic performance results are displayed publicly on results pages and leaderboards.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and update your personal information through your account dashboard.
• Delete your account at any time, which removes your personal data from our systems.
• Request information about what data we hold about you by contacting us.

Note: Published combine results may remain on the Platform after account deletion as part of the public event record.

7. Children's Privacy

Athletes under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian create their account and complete registration. We collect parent/guardian contact information for minors as part of the registration process.
