Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website (the "Site") or registering for any J2N x E.P.I.C Track Club program — including training, camps, clinics, and competitions (collectively, "Programs") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or participate in any Program. If you are registering a minor, you represent that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian and agree to these terms on their behalf.

2. Registration

Registration requires accurate, current, and complete information about the athlete, parent/guardian, emergency contacts, and relevant medical history. You agree to notify us promptly of any changes. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any registration that contains false or misleading information, or at our discretion for safety, capacity, or conduct reasons.

3. Waivers & Agreements

Participation requires acceptance of the Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability, Medical Treatment Authorization, Photo & Media Release, and Code of Conduct presented during registration. Those agreements are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

4. Program Participation

• Practice schedules, locations, coaching assignments, and competition entries are subject to change at the discretion of the coaching staff.
• Athletes must follow all instructions from coaches and facility staff and comply with the rules of the facilities where we train, including John Muir High School and Fit Sport Kinetics.
• Competition entries are made by the coaching staff based on readiness, attendance, and meet requirements. Entry into a specific meet or event is not guaranteed.
• Families are responsible for transportation to and from practices and competitions unless otherwise arranged in writing.

5. Fees & Payments

Program fees, meet entry fees, and uniform costs are communicated during registration follow-up. Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable once a session, camp, or season has begun. Scholarship assistance may be available; contact us to apply.

6. Code of Conduct

Athletes, parents, and guardians agree to the Code of Conduct accepted at registration. Violations may result in warnings, suspension from practices or competitions, or dismissal from the club at the discretion of the coaching staff, without refund.

7. Media Release

By participating, you grant J2N x E.P.I.C and E.P.I.C Labs the right to photograph, film, and record participation in Programs and to use those materials — including names, likenesses, and results — for promotional, social media, and website content without additional compensation. You may revoke this consent for future use by writing to info@j2nxepic.com.

8. Donations & Volunteering

Donations to the athlete scholarship fund are used to support athlete training, competition, and equipment costs. Volunteers, including coaching assistants, may be required to complete background screening before working with athletes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including branding, logos, text, design, and software — is the property of E.P.I.C Labs and may not be copied or reused without written permission. J2N x E.P.I.C is operated in partnership with E.P.I.C Labs, which retains ownership of the Site and its associated intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J2N x E.P.I.C, E.P.I.C Labs, and their owners, coaches, employees, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in Programs or use of the Site.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or participation in Programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
