1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the J2N x E.P.I.C Combine platform ("Platform"), creating an account, or registering for any combine event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform or participate in any events.

2. Account Registration

To register for combine events, you must create an account and verify your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

3. Combine Event Registration

By registering for a combine event, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You meet the minimum requirements to participate in the selected events.
• All information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
• You will comply with all event rules, guidelines, and instructions from event organizers and coaches.
• Event schedules, locations, and available events are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual at their sole discretion.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

IMPORTANT: BY REGISTERING FOR AND PARTICIPATING IN ANY J2N x E.P.I.C COMBINE EVENT, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Physical injury, including sprains, strains, fractures, concussions, or other bodily harm.
• Illness or medical emergencies arising during or after participation.
• Damage to or loss of personal property.
• Injuries caused by other participants, equipment, facilities, or environmental conditions.

You hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless J2N x E.P.I.C, E.P.I.C Labs, their owners, officers, employees, coaches, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained during participation in any combine event.

This waiver applies to injuries or damages whether caused by negligence, equipment failure, or any other cause. You acknowledge that athletic activities carry inherent risks and that you are participating voluntarily.

5. Minors (Under 18)

Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the registration process, including acceptance of these terms and all liability waivers. The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor's participation and agrees to the liability waiver on their behalf.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Registration fees are final and non-refundable once payment is processed, regardless of attendance or participation.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, injury, illness, or any other reason without exception.
• A platform processing fee is applied in addition to the registration fee and is also non-refundable.
• If a combine is cancelled by J2N x E.P.I.C., registrants will receive a full credit toward a future combine event. No cash refunds will be issued.
• Athletes who cannot attend may transfer their registration to another person by contacting the organizers in advance.

7. Media Release

By participating in any combine event, you grant J2N x E.P.I.C and its affiliates the right to photograph, film, and record your participation. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, social media, marketing, and website content without additional compensation or notice. If you do not consent to the media release, you must notify the organizers in writing prior to the event.

8. Results & Performance Data

Performance results collected during combine events may be published on the Platform, including on public results pages, leaderboards, and athlete profiles. By participating, you consent to the collection, storage, and public display of your athletic performance data.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon account deletion, your personal information will be removed, but published combine results may remain on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, J2N x E.P.I.C and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in any event, regardless of the cause of action.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
