Refund Policy | J2N x E.P.I.C.

All Sales Are Final -- No Refunds, No Exceptions

All combine registration fees are final and non-refundable once payment has been processed. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:

Voluntary withdrawal or cancellation by the registrant.
Failure to attend the event (no-show).
Injury, illness, or medical conditions preventing participation.
Schedule conflicts, travel issues, or personal reasons.
Partial participation (attending but not completing all events).
Dissatisfaction with event results, performance, or experience.
Any other reason not listed above.

By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept that your payment is final and that no portion of the registration fee will be returned to you.

Processing Fees

A platform processing fee is charged in addition to the combine registration fee. This fee covers payment processing and platform services and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Event Cancellation by J2N x E.P.I.C.

In the unlikely event that a combine is cancelled entirely by J2N x E.P.I.C. (due to weather, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our control):

Registrants will be notified by email as soon as possible.
No cash refunds will be issued. Instead, all registered athletes will receive a full credit toward a future J2N x E.P.I.C. combine event.
Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of the cancelled event date.

Registration Transfers

If you are unable to attend a combine event, you may transfer your registration to another person. To arrange a transfer, contact us at info@j2nxepic.com at least 48 hours before the event date. Transfers are subject to approval by the organizers. No partial refunds or credits will be issued in connection with a transfer.

Event Rescheduling

If a combine event is rescheduled to a different date, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may transfer your registration to another person as described above. No refunds will be issued for rescheduled events.

Waitlist

Athletes placed on a waitlist are not charged until a spot becomes available and they complete their registration. No charges are applied for being on the waitlist.
